Judith Ursitti, Autism Speaks Regional Director of State Advocacy Relations, Receives 2009 Margaret L. Bauman, MD Award for Excellence in Serving the Autism Community

(November 9, 2009) -- Autism Speaks congratulates Judith Ursitti, Regional Director of State Advocacy Relations, for receiving the 2009 Margaret L. Bauman, MD Award for Excellence in Serving the Autism Community at the Current Trends in Autism Conference this past weekend.  Judith was chosen for the 2009 Outstanding Parent in a Professional and Volunteer Capacity Award.

Recipients of these awards are nominated by patients, families and colleagues who wish to recognize the outstanding achievement of one who has had a strong, positive influence in their lives by demonstrating outstanding professionalism, ability, dedication and passion for improving the lives of people with autism.
