this is all great. Why hasn't anyone put together a step by step process of what to do now that your child has been given the diagnois of Autism? List of therapists, Doctors that specialize in just Autism, support groups, school issues.Bio-medical opitions. These are the things we NEED to KNOW. Not on a Need to KNOW BASIS as you go along from another parent. I am so disapointed that I found out most of my information from the parents. This is what needs to change. Your Pediatrician needs to have this inforamtion to give to you and not look at you weird when you have these types of questions. If they dont know they need to send you to one that does. Here's the deal--If you dont know the right questions to ask and the right person to ask them you are lost in the world of Autism.

The most probable cause of Autism is exposure to glycol ether especially the glycol ethers with BUTYL.

These chemicals are in most of the home cleaning products especially in carpet cleaning chemicals many times UNDISCLOSED.

Congress needs to change the law.
